SPIRIT SQUAD
The Spirit Squad is a hybrid group of individuals who represent both cheer, dance and sideline backgrounds. Members represent the Institute as campus ambassadors, both on the field/court and out in the community. The Spirit Squad covers all home football games, home volleyball games and many appearances.
The Spirit Squad is a major Fall time commitment. Members spend 8-10 hours per week practicing, attending appearances or sporting events. Practice sessions focus on motion technique, sideline performance and crowd engagement strategies.
